・資格手当(一級建築士25,000円、一級建築施工管理技士10,000円、二級建築士10,000円、一級建築施工管理技士補5,000円、建築積算士3,000円、宅建士5,000円ほか多数)

・日帰出張日当:1,500円~

・宿泊日当:2,000円~

・役職手当(課長職75,000円、次長職90,000円、部長職110,000円)

・長期出張時帰省交通費(月2回まで)

・家族手当(配偶者10,000円、子1人につき5,000円)

・交通費(月上限50,000円)

賞与: 年2回(2024年度実績:基本給の4ヶ月分)

年収例:

・650万円/東京在住、1級施工管理技士、28歳、中途入社1年目(月給43万円+手当+賞与)

・600万円/大阪在住、1級施工管理技士、30歳、中途入社1年目(月給41万円+手当+賞与)
