  • 業務範囲・対象
  • 倉庫・工場・店舗等の事業用不動産。

オーナー様とテナント企業様が対象です。

<提案・マッチング営業>

・企業様の事業計画や条件のヒアリング。

・物件オーナー様への活用・収益提案。

・双方の条件調整と契約締結のサポート。

  • 単なる物売りではなく、双方の課題を

解決するコンサルティング営業です。

<リサーチ・情報収集>

・不動産会社や金融機関との連携。

・希望条件に合う最適な物件の調査。

・物件価値を高める改修・建設の提案。

  • 泥臭い情報収集と関係構築が鍵です。

地道な行動が成果に繋がります。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 19万2682円 〜 37万541円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万7318円 〜 12万9459円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
