仕事内容:

<期待する役割と業務内容>

ITサポート運用リーダーとして、自社センターまたはクライアント先にて、受託事業の運用全体を統括し、受託案件の成功を推進する中心的な役割を担っていただきます。

・PCやスマートフォンなど各種デバイスのキッティング作業

・導入したデバイスの実地での展開・メンテナンス作業

・導入サービスやデバイス、ライセンス管理に伴う発注や伝票処理業務など

・導入のクラウドサービスや内製システムの管理運用、利用に関する各種業務

・チャットツールによる、従業員からの問い合わせや相談、作業依頼等対応

将来的には、事業の収支マネジメント、人員計画の策定、顧客リレーションシップ管理など、ITサポート事業全体のマネジメントを担うポジションへステップアップ可能です。

<主な対応業務例>

・キッティング・実地展開: PCやスマートフォン、各種周辺機器の初期設定(キッティング)、企業や学校などへの設置・展開、それに伴うメンテナンスや回収作業

・コーポレートIT・テクニカルサポート: 社内ITヘルプデスク業務、デバイス・ライセンス管理、IT運用設計および改善提案

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

勤務期間:6ヶ月更新

※担当プロジェクトにより勤務時間が変動する場合あり

平均残業時間 15時間/月

月給240,000円~320,000円

想定年収 288万円~384万円

※転勤無し・6ヶ月更新・正社員登用有り(昇格試験年2回)
