仕事内容:

<期待する役割と業務内容>

BPO運用リーダーとして、自社BPOセンターまたはクライアント先にて、受託事業の運用全体を統括し、受託案件の成功を推進する中心的な役割を担っていただきます。

・受託業務の要件定義、標準化された運用マニュアルの作成

・オペレーションチームの指導・育成、パフォーマンス向上支援

・データに基づいたKPI分析とレポーティング

・サービスレベル達成に向けた継続的な業務プロセス改善と自動化推進

・安定稼働を実現するためのリスク管理と運用状況の可視化

将来的には、事業の収支マネジメント、人員計画の策定、顧客リレーションシップ管理など、BPO事業全体のマネジメントを担うポジションへステップアップ可能です。

<主な対応業務例>

・公共分野 自治体における住民や法人からの各種申請・手続きの受理、審査、問い合わせ対応など、市民サービスの円滑化を支援します。

・民間分野 企業の基幹業務を支えるノンコア業務(例:初期対応、データ入力、事務処理など、煩雑で工数のかかる業務)のアウトソースを受託し、お客様の業務効率化と生産性向上に貢献します。

<必須スキル・経験>

・業務システムを利用した実務経験

・Excelでの数式作成(SUMIF・COUNTIFなど)

<歓迎スキル・経験>

・コールセンターでのスーパーバイザー(SV)やリーダー(LD)経験

・チームにおけるメンバー育成や指導経験

・コミュニケーション能力を要するサービス業での接客経験

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

勤務期間:6ヶ月更新

※担当プロジェクトにより勤務時間が変動する場合あり

平均残業時間 15時間/月

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

※プロジェクトによってはシフト制勤務となる場合あり

アクセス:

給与:

月給240,000円~320,000円

想定年収 288万円~384万円

※転勤無し・6ヶ月更新・正社員登用有り(昇格試験年2回)
