・外注ディレクションの経験

  1. 製造・モノづくり領域の実務経験

    ・OEM/ODMの実務経験

    ・メーカーの製造部門経験

    ・設計から製造依頼、製品発売までの一連のプロセスをご自身で完遂した経験(この工程を重視します)

    ・製造プロセスの深い理解(例:金型、成形、塗装、パッケージングなど)

仕事内容


IP事業責任者(企画製造統括)【アートトイブランドの拡大へ/IPO準備中】

【仕事内容】

ACROVEが展開するアートトイブランド 「ASTOROID」 の事業統括責任者を担っていただきます。

(1) IP(キャラクター)開発のプロジェクトマネジメント

・キャラクター企画~量産までのスケジュール設計

・デザイナー/造形師など外部クリエイターとの連携

・ディレクション、制作管理、権利管理(出願等)

(2) 製造 / OEM・ODM 管理

・国内外の工場選定

・見積取得、製造条件やMOQの交渉

・金型・素材・塗装の指示、試作フィードバック

・量産時の品質管理(QA/QC)

・生産スケジュール策定・進行管理

(3) IPビジネス戦略の設計

・コレクション展開ロードマップの策定

・小ロット・限定品企画の設計

・コラボ企画、版権交渉のサポート

・イベント企画・運営

(4) リスク管理

・生産遅延、不良率、原価高騰、在庫などのリスク管理

・契約・著作権に関する基本的な理解
