エムキャピタル株式会社は、M&A仲介とHR領域を軸に急成長を続ける「エムホールディングスグループ(MHDG)」の戦略子会社です。 グループ全体の「事業多角化(HR・AD・M&A・AI・BPO)」と「起業家輩出」を加速させるためのエンジンとして、新規事業の開発、投資実行、およびグループ子会社のマネジメントを担っています。

仕事内容
エムホールディングスグループおよび各子会社の採用活動における、実務全般をお任せします。応募者対応などのオペレーションからスタートし、意欲次第でカジュアル面談や一次面接もお任せします。
【具体的な業務】
- 求人媒体の運用・対応: 応募者情報の管理、スカウトメールの送信、媒体社とのやり取り。
- 日程調整・応募者対応: 候補者とのメール・チャットでのやり取り、面接スケジュールの調整(Googleカレンダー等使用)。
- 面接の実施: カジュアル面談や一次面接官として、候補者のスキルや志向性のヒアリング(※経験や希望に応じてお任せします)。
- 内定者フォロー: 入社までの連絡やり取り、オリエンテーションの準備など、候補者が安心して入社できるためのサポート。
