Maintenance Engineer to support production facilities at a major chemical manufacturer.

A global chemical manufacturer leading the world in specialty chemicals and performance materials. This is a key role supporting stable plant operations with a top priority on safety and the environment.
■Position Overview
This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of production facilities. You will engage in a wide range of maintenance tasks, focusing on electro-mechanical equipment, plumbing, and other crafts, while promoting preventative maintenance with the highest regard for safety and the environment.
■Responsibilities
・Inspect, install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
・Assemble and disassemble equipment based on drawings.
・Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and tanks.
・Use a variety of hand and power tools.
・Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
・Keep the working area safe and clean.
■Requirements
・5+ years' experience.
・Vocational/technical school and completed apprenticeship.
・Full knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
・Familiarity with mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
・Ability to interpret blueprints and perform shop mathematics.
・Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
・Clear communication and teamwork skills.
・Flexibility to work off-shift and after hours as needed.
・English: Business level or above.
