募集背景
【募集の背景】
Hondaでは、あらゆる人に「思わず出かけたくなる 自由な移動の喜び」を届けるため、事故ゼロで「何時でも、どこでも、どこへでも」移動できるモビリティの開発を行っています。
特に、「人・機械・社会」が協働・共生する社会の実現に向けては、AI・知能化技術の研究開発が欠かせません。
また、これらをお客様に届けるためには、開発した技術を「どれだけ現実世界で動かせるか」が重要になります。
現在、Hondaでは人の意図や行動を理解し、コミュニケーションをしながら協調行動を行える、協調人工知能(CI:Cooperative Intelligence)を用いた自動運転パーソナルカーを2027年に一般道Level4自動運転の技術実証実験の認可を取得することを目標とし、2025年10月より一般道Level2走行を開始しました。今回はこの目標達成に向けご自分の技術スキルを発揮したいという仲間を募集します。また自動運転だけでなく、協調人工知能を用いた高度運転支援システム、マイクロモビリティ、移動ロボット等の開発を通し、社会に役立つ次世代の商品をつくるための仲間も募集します。

MATLAB/Simulink等の設計・シミュレーションツール
NVIDA deepops等のDNN学習クラスタ構築ツール/機器
各種NVIDIAツール/機器,dSPACEツール/機器 等
GitやSubversion等のソースコードバージョン管理ツール
JIRAやRedmine等の構成管理ツール

職務内容
【具体的には】
※ご経験/スキルに合わせ詳細業務を決定します
自動運転パーソナルカー/高度運転支援システム/マイクロモビリティ、移動ロボットに関する
- 深層ニューラルネットワーク(DNN)・コンピュータビジョンを活用した知能化技術の研究
- 周辺環境(歩行者・車両等)の認識・行動予測技術の開発
- モデルベース制御アルゴリズム・強化学習による行動制御技術の開発
- 自然言語&画像に基づくシーン/意図理解によるヒューマンーマシンコミュニケーション/インタラクション技術の研究開発
- 上記で開発したアルゴリズムを最適化、車載エッジデバイス上でリアルタイムに動作させるための実装技術開発
※上記に関するアルゴリズム設計からプログラミング、実機への実装、実機を用いたテストまで幅広くご担当頂きます。
※シリコンバレーをはじめとするグローバルIT企業、海外ベンチャー企業、研究機関および欧米拠点のHonda現地法人など様々なパートナーと連携しながら、世界中が注目している最先端知能化技術開発に取り組み、人と車の新たな関係を構築するクリエイティブかつチャレンジングな開発を行って頂きます

- 機械学習、ディープラーニング等、AIの基盤技術に関する基礎知識または実務経験、特に

※PyTorchまたはONNXモデルを扱った推論環境の構築・実装経験
- 最適化・確率推論・データマイニングに関する基礎知識または実務経験
