ボード評価/Wafer測定評価
レイアウトCAD業務
プロセス・デバイスSimulation業務
※教育担当よりトレーニング実施後に業務範囲を広げていく予定
≪上記業務に加え、実業務に対する業務手順書/マニュアルの作成や業務自体の標準化/効率化/自動化の検討も想定しています≫
画素設計者から聞き取りをしながら業務手順書/マニュアルの作成や標準化/効率化/自動化の検討
設計/評価業務を経験後、業務手順書/マニュアルの作成や標準化/効率化/自動化の検討
≪Support pixel designers in the development of CMOS image sensors for mirrorless cameras, hands-free cameras, and handheld cameras≫
Conduct board evaluation and wafer measurement evaluation.
Perform layout CAD tasks.
Carry out process and device simulation tasks.
(Initially, training will be provided under a mentor before expanding responsibilities.)

Preparing work procedures and manuals.
Considering standardization, efficiency improvement, and automation of tasks.
Collaborating with pixel designers through interviews to refine procedures and manuals.
After gaining experience in design/evaluation, take part in process improvement initiatives.

Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices.
PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel) sufficient to work independently.

Ability to report, share, and consult appropriately (ask questions when unsure).
Willingness to learn, even if skills/knowledge are not a perfect match.
Experience in some form of process improvement activity.
Experience creating work procedures or manuals.
