[業務内容] Responsibilities

社会/産業インフラ、モバイル向けCMOSイメージセンサ画素開発で画素設計者をサポートし、下記の業務を行う。

※教育担当よりトレーニング実施後に業務範囲を広げていく予定

• ボード評価/Wafer測定評価

• レイアウトCAD業務

• プロセス・デバイスSimulation業務

Support pixel designers in CMOS image sensor pixel development for social/industrial infrastructure and mobile applications. Tasks include the following.

*Initially training will be provided by a mentor before expanding responsibilities

• Board evaluation

• Wafer measurement evaluation

• Layout CAD work, process/device simulation.

• 半導体デバイスの基礎知識
• PCスキル(パワーポイント、エクセルをサポートなしで使用できる)
• 様々な方と垣根なくコミュニケーションがとれる
• 会話だけでなく、メールチャットでもコミュニケーションがとれる
• 報連相がしっかりできる(わからない事を聞ける)
   
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices
• PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel) sufficient to work independently
• Ability to communicate openly with diverse colleagues
• Strong communication skills via conversation, email, and chat
• Ability to report, share, and consult appropriately (ask questions when unsure)

• 半導体デバイス(とくにCMOSイメージセンサー)の設計および開発経験
• 電気系の測定評価、レイアウト(2DCAD)
• プロセスsimulationデバイスsimulation(TCAD)など使用経験
• プログラミング言語(Python等)
   
• Design/development experience with semiconductor devices (esp. CMOS image sensors)
• Electrical measurement evaluation, layout (2D CAD)
• Experience of process simulation, Device simulation (TCAD)
• Programming experience (Python, etc.)

• 英語力:不問

• 日本語:日本語能力検定N2またはN2相当以上

• English - Not mandatory

• Japanese - JLPT Level N2 or equivalent
