仕事内容
【オフィスマネージャー】組織を支えるコアメンバー募集CEO直下のバックオフィス業務をお任せ
【仕事内容】
当社の事業成長に伴いバックオフィスマネージャーを新たに募集いたします。
採用業務を中心に、労務管理や総務など幅広い業務に携わっていただき、今後の会社の組織基盤を一緒に築いていただくポジションです。
未経験の業務があっても問題ございませんルーティンワーク中心でマニュアルもございます。
ご経験のある分野からスタートいただき、順に覚えていっていただければ大丈夫です。
<入社後の優先業務>
- 採用業務全般
・母集団形成に向けた施策立案・実行
・応募者管理、選考プロセスの運用管理
・年間採用規模5~10名程度の採用計画管理
・入社オンボードディングの実施(入社初日の案内、オリエンテーション等)
- 人事・労務関連業務
・勤怠管理システムの確認、運用(打刻漏れのチェック等)
・給与計算、社会保険手続きに必要なデータの収集、社労士への共有
・入退社に伴う契約書、書類の回収および管理
・就業規則や社内規定の社内周知、アップデート補助
- 総務・オフィス環境整備
・備品や消耗品の発注、在庫管理
・PCIT機器のキッティング(セットアップ)およびアカウント管理
・郵便物の管理、発送
・契約書や請求書のファイリングおよび管理
・社内イベント(ランチ会、締め会等)の企画運営
・その他、CEOやメンバーのサポート業務全般
<中長期的な業務>
将来的には、評価制度・等級制度などの設計改善や、教育研修制度の立案運用など幅広い人事企画業務に携わることもできます
<社内の雰囲気>
・20代前半~30代後半の社員で、活気のある雰囲気です
・男女比はちょうど5:5くらい、日本オフィス所属の社員は10名弱です。今後はさらなる組織拡大を目指しています

年俸制:400~420万+業績賞与※みなし残業30時間分(63,291円~66,456円/月)込み。超過分は別途支給。※残業は繁忙期に発生するイメージです
