ポジション概要 チャネルトークは「企業と顧客の間にあるコミュニケーションの問題を解決する」をミッションに、顧客といつでもどこでも会話できる環境を作る「All in One AIメッセンジャー」を提供しています。CRMデータを元にした問い合わせ対応の設計やAIを通じた問い合わせ対応業務の自動化を通じて、CS効率化から顧客体験までチャネルトーク1つで解決します。
現在は日本、韓国、アメリカで展開をしています。200,000以上の企業に利用されており、B2B企業の中では、アジアで最も早い水準で成長をしています。
HR/Recruiterは、チャネルトークの成長の根幹にある「人」に関する業務を行う重要な役割です。組織拡大のための採用、採用後の育成計画と実行、配置転換や従業員ケアまで、「会社と個人の成長」を牽引するポジションになります。AIグローバル企業の人事として、一緒に組織拡大をしませんか?

業務内容 ・各事業部の定例参加やリーダー陣とのすり合わせによる採用/育成計画の策定と実行 ・各従業員のケアと適切な予防策の実行 ・組織の拡大計画を先回りし、組織体制の整備、施策の運用
募集背景 現在日本チームが30名を突破し、これからも組織を拡大していくために、募集を始めました。現在は役員が兼任で見ている状況ですが、組織の課題を解決することに集中する人が必要です。「組織??人の壁」という言葉を見聞きしますが、現在壁を感じており、今後も人数拡大に伴ってさらなる壁が発生すると予測しています。この問題を率先して解決する方、お待ちしております。

応募資格 必須(Must) ・3年以上の人事、採用経験 ・主体的に採用要件整理、採用計画立案、実行を行った経験 ・スカウトから採用面談までを行った経験
