仕事となっています。

事前研修やOJTもあり、未経験でも

入社後1週間の座学研修+1〜2週間の

OJTで、配属先ごとの業務を丁寧に

学べます。現場配属後も先輩がそばに

いて確認できる環境なので、

「いきなり一人で現場へ」はありません。

TOHOシネマやヨドバシカメラ梅田、

携帯ショップなど、配属先に応じて

覚える内容は異なりますが、いずれも

段階を踏んでステップアップできる設計。

POP作成や売場づくりに携わることも

あり、自分の工夫や提案が目に見える

かたちになる喜びも味わえます。

お客様との会話の中でサービスの魅力を

自然に伝えたり、映画好きの方と

シフトや配属は月毎に見直しも可能なので、

柔軟に働き方を調整できるのも特長です。
