社員が日常的に使うIT環境を安定して稼働させると同時に、
より使いやすく、効率的な仕組みへと改善していく役割を担います。

【主な業務内容】
- Microsoft 365(Entra ID、Exchange Online)の運用・管理
- 問題発生時の原因調査、復旧対応、ユーザーとの調整
- 運用フローの見直しや改善提案、設計サポート
- 手順書・マニュアルなどのドキュメント作成・更新
- PowerShell等を用いたスクリプト作成による業務効率化支援
日々の運用を通じて見つけた改善点を形にし、
現場の負担軽減やIT環境の品質向上につなげていく仕事です。

求めている人材
\こんな方と働きたいです/
<必須スキル>
・社内情報システム部門、ヘルプデスク、PMO補佐などの経験(3年以上)
・Microsoft 365(Entra ID、Exchange Online)の運用経験
・Active Directoryの使用経験
<歓迎スキル>
・PowerShellによる自動化スクリプト作成経験
・運用改善、設計補助の経験
・インフラエンジニア、社内SEとしての経験
