About the location:

About the role
Assisting Front Office Manager the entire Guest Experience Team on daily basis task in particularly guest interaction in order to achieve guest satisfaction and record and ensure guests' satisfaction

What you will do

· Ensure all local and corporate policies, works rules and benchmark standard are properly applied

· Utilize Golden/Medallia and FD operational system appropriately for a maximum guest recognition/satisfaction · Checks all "Profile of Guest Preference" requests and preferences are acted upon prior.to guests' arrival.

· Coordinates within Room Dining on the set up of amenities VIP rooms prior to guests' arrival.

· Is familiar with VIP room blocks and conducts random inspections of rooms.

· Developing guest connection and gain feedback from the guest regarding their overall stay or specific issue in particular then actively seeking solution to resolve the problem

· Follow up any Guest Experience occurred, consult and discuss with Supervisor/Manager and make a necessary follow up accordingly.

· Actively obtains feedback from guests and inform the relevant departments the actions taken to rectify the feedback and to ensure guests' satisfaction.

· Resolves glitches from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.

· Coordinate correspondence with guests pre and post stay, ELITE GUEST is a MUST to contact Works with Front Office Rooms Controller to pre-assign rooms for all The VIP reservations, taking note of special requests and early arrivals.

· Identifies staff training requirements and service improvements areas.

· Supervises and guides all staff to ensure that hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.

· Conducts daily and monthly meetings to highlight areas of improvement in the service aspects and obtain feedback.

· Perform any additional duties as assigned by Front Office Manager or Director of Room.

· Monitors for the accurate maintenance of guest history database.

· Ensures guest preferences are collected and action upon in order to

delight our guests.

· Establishes relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty.

· Ensures guest recognition program are maintained.

· Ensures that all guest glitches are handled efficiently and politely.

· Analyzes cause for complaint and take action to minimize any reoccurrence.

· Update guest history remarks (Opera system) for any guest complaint or comments to make sure delighted service presentation upon next arrival

What you bring

College graduate or Certificate in Hotel Management. Diploma or Degree in recognized Hospitality institution. or equivalent experience

Preferred 3 years' experience in related position with Four Seasons or other luxury hospitality brands
