Job Title: Manager, Infrastructure Operations (IOps) and Parkwide Technical Infrastructure (PTI)
Summary
This position supports the daily operation of Universal Studios Japan's infrastructure and reports to the Universal Parks & Resorts Infrastructure Operations team in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Provides daily supervision and leadership for the Infrastructure Operations Design Team, achieving core system uptime reliability.
- PARTICIPATES as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in new or existing technology solutions projects related to enhancement, upgrade, or implementation. Estimates and implements cabling and technical equipment solutions, including fiber optics and in-building wiring, coordinating with internal and third-party teams that support these systems.
- Builds and maintains cooperative relationships with business partners.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, building, and implementing infrastructure.
- Technical leadership experience in infrastructure or data center operations.
- Experience with rack, cable management, copper wire, and fiber optic cable planning and installation in data centers and other critical environments.
Language:
- Ability to use both Japanese and English in business is desirable.
Japanese Distinguished Native or bilingual proficiency
English Advanced High Professional working proficiency

- Knowledge of industry standards and ability to develop strategic infrastructure solutions to meet enterprise user needs.
- Exceptional project management skills, strong analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and ability to work independently as well as part of a larger infrastructure team.
- Experience supervising others regarding time management, scheduling, task completion, and technical leadership.
- Knowledge of telecom and structured cabling standards and systems.
- Understanding of compute and networking devices, and deployments.
- Working knowledge of MEP standards and operations.
- Experience installing equipment within electrical codes, grounding regulations, and calculating consumption calculations.
- Experience designing cable management and fiber distribution standards and Systems.
- Strong analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
