Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide IT support to our business users, primarily on-site. They will collaborate closely with our operational team to assist end-users in the business environment with existing and new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy PCs using Airbus standard master image.
- Patch testing, validation, and deployment.
- Provide technical support for endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, software, printers, IP phones, video conference systems, and projectors.
- Liaise with vendors for computer purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
- Maintain IT process documentation and user manuals.
- Conduct RFQs and procurements for IT-related purchases.
- Update IT asset and inventory records in the ServiceNow portal.
- Support problem management and change requests.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Infrastructure & Platform, Security, Application, Governance, and HOF teams for project activities.
General Requirements

Professional Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft products, and Office network environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and IT Service Management ticketing tools.
