IT Support Specialist

Job Specification
- Manage and support IT equipment and phones for all staff members.
- Act as the primary point of contact and support for all IT-related issues that arise.
- Ensure the security and integrity of KEYENCE UK & Ireland's IT infrastructure across multiple offices.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory control of IT and phone equipment.
- Install and configure IT workstations via software distribution, including PCs, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.
- Provide support for problems related to various Microsoft components.
- Participate in IT projects, including the development of the company intranet and new system implementation.
- Assist with basic network infrastructure support and management.
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10/11, and Office365, with escalation to third-line support when necessary.
- Handle IT supplier-related activities, such as procurement.

Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a degree in IT or Business with a focus on IT.
- Be able to analyze and communicate data and software effectively.
- Have experience in managing projects successfully in a previous role.
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Hold a full driving license.

- Starting salary: £28,000 + area allowance.
