勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日
14:00~23:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)
- 残業は月平均10時間以下
- 勤務時間は諸事情に応じて相談可能です

給与詳細
基本給:月給 21万円 〜 25万円
固定残業代:あり
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
※これまでの経験・スキル・前給与を考慮して優遇いたします
※上記給与には固定残業代を含みます
※固定残業代は時間外労働の有無に関わらず、月30時間分を定額月5万5650円支給
※上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給いたします
※年4回別途、昇格審査を3カ月に1度行っています
給与例
年収400万円/月給33万円+諸手当+インセンティブ/22歳・入社2年目
年収540万円/月給40万円+諸手当+インセンティブ/24歳・入社3年目
