Position:

Facility Manager

We are looking for a Facility Manager to operate and manage facilities, mainly in the offices of the Rakuten Group in Japan.

Responsibilities include facility management, repairs, environmental improvement, maintenance and management of building facilities, and security card management.

Work Environment

Our department consists of 40 members in Japan, with each group team consisting of 5-10 members.

We are now looking for a manager and member class of facilities management, with 50% of our team members coming from the FM industry and the other 50% from other industries.

Mandatory Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of working experience in Facilities Management.

Basic PC skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Desired Qualifications

Candidates who can take on challenges with flexible ideas in a changing environment and situation.

Candidates who are highly motivated to set their own issues for business problems and complete the plan for solving them through communication with related parties.

Location

The Head Office is located in Futako-Tamagawa or Offices Located Around in Tokyo Area (Shinagawa, Aoyama, Shinjuku, etc.).
