具体的な仕事内容

  • 発明の価値を最大化する (出願サポート)

研究者と対話し、発明の核心を引き出し、

特許事務所と協力して出願手続きを進めます。

  • 技術動向を調査・分析する (調査)

論文検索のように、先行技術や他社特許を調査。

あなたの調査・情報収集経験が活かせます。

  • 事業をリスクから守る (クリアランス)

開発中の技術が他社特許を侵害しないかを確認し、

事業のリスクを未然に防ぎます。

  • 技術の価値を高める戦略づくり

自社の事業や技術戦略にあわせて、

どの技術を優先的に特許化するか、

どのように特許を活用するかなど、

知的財産の視点から戦略を立てる役割も担います。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり112時間30分 〜 172時間30分

スーパーフレックス制度 始業・就業時間を選択できます。

フレキシブルタイム:7時~22時(コアタイムなし)

1日の標準勤務時間:7時間30分

休憩時間は固定:12時~13時(1時間00分)

※スーパーフレックス制度導入

※全社的に残業を削減する方針です。

※月平均残業時間17.6時間

休日休暇


週休2日制(土日祝休み)

年に数回の土曜出勤日を設けておりますが、年休を利用し休暇を取る社員が大半です。

  • 年間休日:120日
  • 有給休暇:15~20日

※初年度は入社月によって月割り付与

  • その他休日:GW、年末年始、慶弔、産休・育休、介護、リフレッシュ

・消失年休を疾病時等に使用できる保存年休制度あり(50日まで)
