仕事内容:

当社は千葉県を中心とした民泊・宿泊施設の運営代行を行っています。

ありがたいことに多くのオーナー様からご依頼をいただき、現在、担当施設数・運営規模ともに急拡大しています。

そこで今回、将来的に宿泊施設運営の責任者として事業をリードしていただくことを前提とした「責任者候補」を募集します。

ご入社後はまず、クライアント(物件オーナー)対応を軸に、宿泊施設運営を幅広く支えていただきます。特に直近で当社が運営を担当することになった、10部屋以上のラグジュアリー施設の立ち上げを中心にお任せする想定です。施設の売上向上のための、企画や仕組みづくりをしていただくことを期待しております。

業務を通して運営全体の理解を深めていただいたのち、

将来的には担当施設の売上・運営品質に責任を持ち、事業と現場の両面をリードする責任者ポジションをお任せする想定です。

<主な業務>

・開業・運営サポート

民泊開業にあたり、主に行政申請サポート、OTA構築(Airbnb・ 等)、オペレーションの設計・改善方針の策定。

・施設運営改善・トラブル対応(必要時にオーナー提案・相談)

運営全般は弊社に一任される形ですが、稼働率向上やトラブル解決のため改善提案や相談が必要な場合、オーナーとの調整。

・各外注業者との調整

スケジュール・品質・コストを含めた外注パートナー全体のマネジメント。

・ゲスト対応

OTA(Airbnb / 等)を通じたメッセージのやり取り、トラブル対応。

・施設運営プランニング(新規オーナー向け)

LP経由の問い合わせに対して、清掃のみ/運営代行+清掃/開業支援のいずれかをヒアリングし、最適な運営プランの提案。

・事業運営(将来の責任者候補として)

担当施設全体の運営状況・KPI(稼働率・売上等)の把握と改善。運営体制・業務フローの構築、再現性のある仕組みづくり。代表と連携した事業拡大に向けた企画・意思決定への参画。

求める人材:

・宿泊施設の運営/管理に関わったご経験

・宿泊施設において、売上拡大を目的とした企画・施策立案のご経験

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・年末年始・GWなどは一部シフト制勤務あり
