導入サポート【プライム上場G/自社製品の導入・運用支援/リモートメイン】
【仕事内容】
自社セキュリティ製品(情報漏洩対策製品)の導入・運用支援
・製品の導入、構築、検証、運用支援
・検討中顧客に対する技術的なQ&A対応、PoC支援
提案〜導入〜運用支援まで一貫して対応することが可能です。
電話、メール、Web会議、リモート操作での対応がメインとなりますが、構築・検証・調査時には顧客に訪問して作業となることがあります。
1次窓口ではなく専門エンジニアとして、技術対応を担当いただきます。
顧客に説明するための資料作成能力、コミュニケーション能力も必要となります。運用支援は技術サポートや課題対応がメインとなり、シフト制の運用業務ではありません。
【働き方】
基本はリモートワーク(在宅勤務)がメインとなります。
構築・検証・調査時等の際には顧客先でのオンサイト作業発生します。
週に一回程度の目安で白金台オフィスへの出社があります。

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間7時間45分・休憩55分)

【給与】
450万円〜650万円
月給制 基本給269400円〜
残業代全額支給

次世代育成手当 月額15,000円(18歳未満のお子さん1人につき)
テレワーク手当 1日3時間30分以上の在宅勤務を行った日数分支給
持家手当 独身:15,000~30,000円/月、既婚者:30,000~60,000/月(※但し持家に居住し、名義50%以上であること)
