家庭用ごま製品メーカー|既存顧客中心の法人営業スタッフ募集

国内トップクラスのシェアを誇る当社で、

「いりごま」「ねりごま」「ふりかけ」など、身近な人気商品の提案営業をお任せします。

当社の営業は 既存顧客がほとんど。

飛び込みや無理な新規開拓は一切ありません。

スーパー・飲食店・卸会社など、長くお付き合いのあるお客様への提案が中心です。

◆ 仕事内容

  • 自社製品(ごま・きな粉など)の法人向け提案営業
  • 卸会社を通じたスーパー・飲食店への提案
  • 店頭での取り扱い拡大やメニュー採用のご案内
  • 既存顧客への定期訪問(新規・飛び込みなし)

大卒以上かつ普通免許 (AT限定可) をお持ちで、

Word・ExcelなどOffice系ソフトの基本操作が可能な方

・男女不問・経験不問。業界・職種未経験者歓迎

・既卒者・第二新卒OK。転職回数不問

  • 実働時間:1日あたり8時間
  • 平均勤務日数:月20〜21日
  • 勤務時間例:9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間)

残業について

  • 月5〜10時間程度
  • 定時で上がれる日も多め
  • 繁忙期(棚割り時期:1月・7月、年末年始前)でも月残業20時間程度
  • 残業制限の相談も可能(実績あり)

時短勤務

  • 育休復帰後の時短勤務可(実働6時間程度)

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休2日制:毎週土日祝休み

※業務状況により休日出勤の場合は振替休暇あり 大型連休:夏季・年末年始休暇あり

  • 有給休暇:入社6ヶ月後に10日付与

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥271,600 〜 ¥315,900は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥28,600〜¥33,400(16時間相当分)を含む。16時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 27万1600円 〜 31万5900円

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 23万3000円 〜 27万2500円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万8600円 〜 3万3400円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり16時間) 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり 1ヶ月あたり1万円

※一律手当として、営業手当:1万円を毎月支給 ・給与金額は経験・スキル等を考慮し決定します

※試用期間中は、支給額が正規金額90%となります 。

本採用と異なる

基本給 : 月給 20万9000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万5740円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり16時間) 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり 1ヶ月あたり9000円
