仕事内容:

【契約と進行を整えるバックオフィス】

案件が滞らないよう、書類・日程・連絡を整え、進行を安定させるバックオフィスの役割です。専門知識は入社後に学び、先輩のレビューで着実に定着させます。

【主な業務内容】

  • 契約・決済関連の書類作成(清算書/引渡書類リスト/請求書)
  • 社内承認フローの受付・内容確認、会議運営事務局
  • 関係者との連絡調整(メール・電話)と進行管理
  • 取引データの入力・更新、製本・保管・ファイリング

まずは既存フォーマットを使い、担当と並走して一連の流れを体験します。1〜2週目は入力とチェック中心、3週目以降は簡単な連絡調整をお任せします。

9:15〜17:30(実働7.25h)
