公共システム品質保証部は、社会ビジネスユニット/公共システム事業部対応の品質保証部門です。

公共システム事業部は、官庁分野(国税、年金、外郭、民営化団体)、自治体分野(地方公共団体)、社会保障分野(社会保障・番号)、社会インフラ(警察・消防・道路)を中心とした基盤事業の拡大と他セクター/BUの新たな領域でのデジタルソリューションを加速し、社会の変革をリードする「社会イノベーション事業」を推進しており、その社会イノベーション事業の品質管理・品質保証業務を通して品質確保と安定稼働の実現を担っています。

弊部は約350名(グループ会社/協力会社員含め)による若手からベテランまで幅広い年齢層の部署です。お客様先でのシステム開発プロジェクトにも参画し、社会インフラ、社会イノベーションを支えるシステム・サービスの健全性を品質で支え、安心・安全をお客様とエンドユーザに提供するために活動しています。

【募集背景】

公共分野(デジタル庁、総務省、医療DX)では、デジタル庁発足によるデジタル化対応の促進など、新たなシステム開発プロジェクトが開始・計画されており、AIを活用した国内基盤事業に対応する品質保証体制の確保が必要となっております。本募集は、国内基盤事業の継続した高品質確保/効率向上に貢献すると共に、品質保証業務の新たな価値創造を見据えた人材確保を目的として、品質保証業務を推進する人材を募集します。

【職務概要】

品質保証部の職務は、品質保証の責任を担う独立部門としての客観性を維持しながらお客さまが満足する総合的な品質を SE部門と共同で作り込むことです。総合的な品質とは製品の信頼性や正確性だけでなく、使い勝手やお客さま要求の充足度、サポートサービスの品質等、多岐に渡ります。

重大事故未然防止・品質コンプライアンス違反防止に向けて、業務の取り纏め者として、SE部門に対して引き合い・提案からお客様引き渡しに至るまでの各工程の監視及び指導、最終的な合否判定、稼働状況の監視等に関する実務を主導します。

【職務詳細】

システム開発全般、上流工程から下流工程、本番稼働における品質保証のリーダー

・プロジェクトに対する検査計画の立案、および品質確保施策の遂行

・設計/製造/テストの各工程の品質検査(実機テストなど、成果物の現物確認を)

・工程別の品質分析や改善事項の提示、システム稼働に向けた最終的な合否判定

・稼働状況の監視、社外事故を含む品質状況の監視

・SEとの調整・折衝、チームメンバの管理・育成など

・品質保証活動を通して、システム開発における日立独自の品質確保施策、品質分析、品質ナレッジを習得することができます。SE部門とは独立した組織である為、品質に主軸を置いて業務に従事でき、「品質の日立」ブランドのもと、お客様に価値を感じて頂ける製品・サービスの提供に貢献できます。また、近年はシステム開発に生成AIが活用されるシーンも増えてきており、我々の品質保証活動の中でも生成AIを活用しており、AI技術を活用できます。

・入社後の研修・フォロー体制として、社内の品質関連の教育として講座も設けておりますし、OJTを通して上長とも相談しながら進めて頂くことを想定しております。キャリアパスとしては、管理職としてピープルマネジメントを行って頂くことを目指します。

【働く環境】

・配属組織/チーム:10〜20名のチーム

・働き方:在宅勤務可(原則週1〜2回は出社が発生致します)。但し、検査業務の内容によっては出勤が必要な場合があります。

・開発・検査の時期により現地での作業となる場合や、出張が発生する可能性があります。

応募資格

【必須条件】

■下記いずれかの経験または知識をお持ちの方

・情報システムの開発/基盤構築プロジェクトへの参画経験

・情報システム開発/基盤構築構築のIT技術の知識

・応用情報技術者資格または同等の知識

・PM、品質保証に類する業務のご経験がある方

【歓迎条件】

・高度情報技術者資格または同等の知識

・業務アプリケーションやインフラ・システム基盤の試験経験または試験結果の評価

・生成AIに対する知識・経験がある方

・TOEIC650点以上の英語力
