【仕事内容】

<業務詳細>

当社が新規事業として開発/販売する自社パッケージ製品とクラウドサービス(Webサービス)のプロダクトマネージャー(PdM)としてご活躍いただきます。

主にリリース済みのSaaSサービスの責任者として、顧客満足度の向上や利益の最大化など、プロダクトの成長に必要な業務を担っていただきます。

現在は事業部長がPdMの役割を担っていますが、入社いただいた方に徐々に権限を移管していく予定です。

<具体的な仕事内容>

■プロダクトローンチ後のマーケティング戦略立案・実施

・プロモーションやキャンペーン、ユーザーのフィードバックなどの収集と分析を通じて、プロダクトの認知や改善点の洗い出しを行います。

■プロダクトの改善・改良

・顧客のフィードバックや市場の変化、トレンド、競合情報などの他、各種KGI/KPIの推移も確認しながら改善点を探っていきます。

・改善のはプロダクトのビジョンやベネフィットを踏まえ、QCDのバランスをとりながら判断をしていきます。

■開発プロセスのマネジメント

・品質はもちろんスケジュールや予算などの条件も踏まえながら、全体的な開発プロセスをマネジメントしていきます。

<その他業務>

■新規プロダクトの企画・戦略立案

・マーケットリサーチ、競合分析などを実施し、ターゲット設定や価格設定などの具体的な戦略の立案を行います。

■新規プロダクト仕様検討・決定

・開発チームと協力し、プロダクトの具体的な仕様や設計を仕様書に落とし込んでいきます。

・プロジェクトマネージャー(商材問わず)

・複数名のヒューマンマネジメントを伴う事業責任者(業種業態問わず)
