【仕事内容】

大阪支社の立ち上げ責任者レアな経験ができること間違いなし

【職務概要】

大阪支社の立ち上げをお任せします。

同社の最も大きな組織となるHR事業におけるCAチームの組織作り、

マネジメントから、SaaS事業を始めとするノンデスク業界の

DX Platformの推進までお任せします。

【職務詳細】

・人材紹介、SaaSを商材とする、営業・CS体制整備

(人材紹介のリボン型組織と、SaaSのThe Model型の組織の立ち上げとOPS設計)

・顧客の開発要望のヒアリングと開発チームとの共創

(エンジニア、デザイナー、PdM)

・事業の業務プロセスや組織体制、KGI/KPI、

ツールの構築を始めとした仕組み化/組織化の推進

・HR事業/SaaS事業におけるPlatform事業戦略の立案/推進

・地方拠点における採用業務

事業開発の起点となる顧客獲得のため、営業効率の高い人材紹介や

スカウト媒体の営業、その後同一クライアントにSaaS、MarketPlaceサービスなど

クロスセル提案の戦術立案、実行を担っていただきます。
