【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
プロダクトの定義
・UXUIチームと連携し、ハイレベルな特長要件に基づいた体験インタラクションやデザインを確立する
・機能要件、非機能要件を含むプロダクトの特長詳細の定義を推進する
・国内拠点へのプロダクト導入支援、現場関係者との連携による現場固有の機能要件の把握
プロダクトデリバリー
・デリバリースクラムチームとのproduct backlog groomingの促進
・ 技術的な設計、開発、テストを可能にするために、プロダクトのユーザーストーリーを定義し、文書化する。
プロダクトの導入とサポート
・開発サイクルを通じてプロダクト検証を実施し、機能要件との整合性を確保する。
・ビジネス・トランスフォーメーションとの緊密なパートナーシップを維持し、プロダクト機能が運用能力・ビジネス能力に合致することを保証する。
・継続的な主題専門家としてプロダクトについて説明し、サポートする。
・新たに導入された体験強化の成果を測定するための継続的なアプローチを開発し、十分な情報に基づく将来のプロダクトプランニングを可能にする。
プロダクトプランニング
・プロダクトのロードマップ策定、主要パートナーとの調整、プロダクトデリバリー・導入スケジュールの管理
・他のデジタルプロダクトマネージャーと連携し、ロードマップやリリースの計画段階でプロダクトの依存関係や統合ポイントが考慮されるようにする。
・新機能、マイナーな機能強化、不具合修正などを考慮し、リリースとスプリントプランニングのためのプロダクトバックログの優先順位を確立する。
プロダクトストラテジー
・ゲスト体験の長所と短所をあらゆる角度から積極的に評価し、新規体験や改良体験提供の機会を特定する。
・プロダクト提案を作成し、関連コスト、価値、体験分析と共にまとめ、開発のための承認と資金を獲得する。
・主要ビジネスパートナーと連携し、プロダクトの目標や目的を設定する。
・プロダクトを全体的な体験変革のビジョンと確実に整合させる。
【REQUIREMENTS】
言語スキル:英語と日本語両方をビジネスレベルでで使用できることが望ましい
・Japanese_Advanced High and above_Professional working proficiency
・English_Advanced High and above_Professional working proficiency
学士号(または同等の経験)- ビジネス、テクノロジー、デジタルマーケティング、または産業工学が望ましい;修士号があれば尚良し。
プロダクトマネジメント、デジタルマーケティング、Eコマース、デジタル体験設計、産業工学、テクノロジー、または関連分野における3年以上の経験。
・消費者向けウェブサイトやモバイルアプリのデジタル体験の管理
・大規模改革イニシアチブの経験
・戦略的イニシアチブを定義し、実行する実証された能力
・アジャイルテクノロジーデリバリープログラムの作業
・カスタマージャーニーとデジタルプロダクトのロードマップを定義する
・プロダクトバックログ管理(特長定義、要件、優先順位付け、スプリントプランニングを含む
・テクノロジーデリバリーチームとの密接な連携
・関係者を巻き込みつつ、彼らとの関係を構築する
・幹部とのコミュニケーション、意思決定に影響を与える能力
・優れた分析能力、書面・口頭でのコミュニケーション能力を有し、複雑な概念を簡潔かつ分かりやすく説明できること。

※フレックス勤務もあり、コアタイムなし
