【JOB SUMMARY】
Technical Lead, Application Delivery は、USJのデジタルトランスフォーメーションにおいて、構想の推進、リーダーシップの発揮、アーキテクチャーの監督を担当することになります。この役割には、技術ソリューションのデリバリー管理における確かな経験があること、スケジュールに関する期待値を定め、リスクのレベルを設定し、ブロッカーを解決する能力が必要です。
Technical Leadは、チームの日々の成果物を監督し、他のチームやシニアリーダーと現状を共有します。また、様々な技術グループと連携し、アプリケーションデリバリーやPMOの手法が適切に守られていることを確認します。また、UPR Digital Technology 全体のシニアリーダーと協力し、サードパーティソリューションのデリバリーから維持までシームレスな移行を保証します。
【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
· プロジェクトの立ち上げから、スコーピング、プロジェクトスタッフの配置、プロジェクトの実施まで、プロジェクトのライフサイクルの全段階をサポートする責任を負う。
· プロジェクトをサポートするために、作業レベルに関する時間とコストの見積もりを伝え、合意されたスケジュールとタイムラインを守る。プロジェクトの時間管理が正しく行われ、見積もりや予算と整合していることを確認する。プログラムのデリバリーが首尾よくタイムリーに行われ、クライアントグループの期待通り、またはそれを上回るようにする。
· プロジェクトマネジメントオフィスと連携し、大中小のプロジェクトを遂行するために、社員・請負業者からなるアーキテクトチームを指導する。
· 顧客グループ、プロジェクト管理者、他のITチームメンバーとの良好な関係を構築・維持し、効果的なコミュニケーションスキルを活用して強固な業務関係を構築する。
【REQUIREMENTS】
・IT機能、ならびにビジネスプロセス間の統合に関する深い知識。
・企業全体の各部門に関わる複合的プロジェクトの着手、分析、設計、管理、実施に関連するシステム開発およびプロジェクト管理プロセスに関する豊富な知識と応用。
・高度な対人関係能力を有し、複雑な個性や、プログラム、ビジネス上の利害に関連する問題を解決しながら効果的な意思決定を行う能力を実証していること。
・優れたクリティカル・シンキングとコミュニケーション能力(書面および口頭)。
学歴:コンピュータサイエンスまたはテクノロジーの学士号が必要、または同等の学歴と経験の組み合わせ。
経験:
・ 7年以上のシステム&ソフトウェアソリューションの技術的デリバリーの管理経験
・大規模な情報技術またはコンサルティング組織において8年以上の経験を有し、複数年、複数拠点にわたる複雑なプロジェクトおよびプログラムの管理をサポートするために顧客グループと提携した実績があること。
・アプリケーションデリバリーチームやサードパーティベンダーのプロジェクト、戦略的計画およびリソース管理、大規模アプリケーションの実装およびデリバリーを先導した経験、または同等の学歴と経験の組合せを有すること。
・技術スタッフの選定と管理、技術ソリューションをレビューし、それに貢献し成功させた経験がある。
言語スキル:英語と日本語両方をビジネスレベルでで使用できることが望ましい
