Smart Factory(自動化・省人化)領域の企画提案営業。

ここでやるのは、

商品の組み合わせ提案

ではなく、

工場そのものの設計・再構築

この仕事は、

  • 現状ヒアリングからスタート
  • 工程・人・物流の課題化
  • 仕組みごと変える
  • 導入・納品まで並走

「売る」ではなく

「どう変えれば、この工場は強くなるか」を考える仕事です。

【仕事内容】

Smart Factory事業の企画提案営業(コンサルティング型)

製造業の現場ヒアリング

工程・物流・人の動線を整理

自動化・省人化の構想設計

エンジニアと一緒にシステム構築

導入・立ち上げまで一貫対応

飛び込みや電話営業はなく、

アポ・商談のプロセスを中心に担当します。

【研修について】

入社後は、

いきなり一人で営業に出ることはありません。

まずは

Smart Factory・自動化・省人化の考え方を中心に、

業界構造・製造業の課題・当社のソリューションについて

座学や同行を通じて基礎をインプットします。

その後は、

経験豊富な先輩社員に同行しながら、

実際の商談・現場訪問・課題整理のプロセスを

OJTで段階的に習得していきます。

モノ売り営業から、

本質的な課題解決ができる営業へ。

時にはイレギュラーなこともありますが、

そんな環境も「楽しめる」方にピッタリな仕事です。

基本給:月給 26万円 〜 34万円

固定残業代:なし
