【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■新規事業の立ち上げ、運用、プロジェクトマネジメント経験(業界、ジャンルは問いません)
■10名以上の組織マネジメント経験
【歓迎要件】
■エンタメ業界での就業経験
■AIやメタバース領域に知識、知見をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1500 万円
月給換算:428,571円~1,250,000円(賞与として6月と12月にそれぞれ1ヶ月分を追加支給)
※45時間分の固定残業手当を含む:基本給:318,600円~ 固定残業手当:110,000円~
※上記条件を基本に、ご経験や期待する役割・役職、スキルに応じ条件を決定いたします。※管理監督者としてのオファーの可能性がございます。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
