募集背景

  • 商品訴求・事業拡大に向け、商品のデザイン提案及びビジュアル面強化を行っていくため、デザイン + 現実的な提案をできる人員を募集します。
  • 特に昨今のAI技術を活用した画像加工を活用できる人材は優遇します。

まだ日本では新しい商品のジャンルに位置づけされる"吸音"商品ですが、コロナ禍 以降、特にオフィスや学校などで急速に需要が増えており、非常に注目されています。

  • 事務所で求められているのは、Web会議の普及でニーズ急増中の騒音、雑音対策。

Web会議やリモートワークが普及し、「快適な職場環境を整えたい」というお客様が増えています。

  • 欧米では内装材に吸音材を使ってデコレーションするのがあたりまえ。マーケットは年々大きく広がっています。

当社のメイン商品もまさに硬質吸音フェルトボード『フェルメノン』もそんな世界にも通用する商品を自社オリジナルで生産しています。

仕事内容

  • 自社商品ののビジュアル関連作成(AI 画像・提案・カタログなど)・図面、デザインイメージ作成

自社オリジナル商品 の『フェルメノン』や、吸音パーティションブース『Officia』テレワーク環境に配備したオフィス家具シリーズ『Premor』の提案や設計にまつわる、

3D画像作成や、画像加工、そして提案資料やカタログ作成などの作成業務。特に AI での画像加工や作成できる方は優遇。

  • 図面作成作業

制作図ではなく 見積もり作成や簡単なレイアウト作成などです。

イラストレーターやVectorworksでの簡単な図面です。

  • 営業サポート

営業がお客様より依頼を受けた案件のレイアウト作成や、見積もりのフォロー、

問い合わせ対応など。

  • お客さまとの打合せ

当社の営業は、設計事務所、建材会社、オフィスメーカーとのやり取りが半分以上。また、新規で問い合わせの入ったお客様(ホームページから探してこられるのです。)もたくさんいらっしゃいます。しっかりとお客様の求めてこられたニーズを聞きながら当社の商品を紹介することが出来ます。

  • 業界に先駆けて吸音商品を取り扱ってきた会社だからこそ、知名度もバツグン。提案のしやすさも感じていただけるはずです。

  • 提案するのは、硬質吸音フェルトボードのフェルメノンやWeb会議などの個室づくりにも最適な『Offcia』硬質吸音パーティション。市場はオフィスを中心に建築・建材などに幅広く販売しており、また、デザイン次第でホテルやレストラン、公共施設など、さまざまなお客様に対しても、提案することができます。

  • 硬質吸音フェルトボード『フェルメノン』はこれからの天井や壁面などの空間設計に吸音素材として欠かすことのできない商品になってきております。

資格

【必須スキル・経験】

・Illustrator / Photoshop の基本操作ができる方

  • 特に、AI機能を活用した画像加工や素材作成ができる方は大歓迎です。

・何らかの法人営業経験をお持ちの方(商材・年数不問)

  • 顧客のニーズを汲み取る流れや、ビジネスマナーを理解している方を想定しています。

・高いコミュニケーション能力

  • 社内営業担当や顧客と円滑に連携し、物事を進められる方。

【歓迎するスキル】(必須ではありません)

・Vectorworks、3Dモデリングの経験

・建材、インテリア、オフィス設計業界での実務経験

・生成AIへの強い関心

給与

正社員 ( 新卒 ):23万円~35万円+賞与年2回(昨年度支給実績2.5ヶ月分)

※試用期間中 : 月給23万円

正社員 ( 中途 ):23万円~35万円+賞与年2回(昨年度支給実績 2.5ヶ月分)

※試用期間中 : 月給23万円

※経験・能力を考慮のうえ、決定します。

※上記月給には、固定残業代(6万5000円以上/月36時間分)を含みます。超過分は別途時間外手当を支給します。

※3ヶ月間の試用期間があります。この間の雇用形態・待遇・福利厚生に変更はありません。
