【仕事内容】
Tsuzucleのコンサルティング事業部は、マーケティング施策単体ではなく、クライアントの売上構造や事業戦略そのものを対象とした支援を担っています。
「どのチャネルに投資すべきか」「どのような体制を整えるべきか」など、ビジネスの構造整理から戦略立案、実行支援までを中長期で伴走するのが特徴です。
複数クライアントをリードするマネージャーとして、戦略設計と実行支援のディレクションを担っていただきながら、チームメンバーの育成や事業部の仕組みづくりにも携わっていただきます。

■各種プロジェクトのデリバリー推進における中心的役割を担う
■プロジェクトチームメンバーのマネジメント・育成
プロジェクトの最終品質を担う責任者として、Tsuzucleのコア事業におけるクライアントコミュニケーションおよびデリバリーを主導することを期待しております。
【具体的な仕事内容】
■マーケティング/グロース企画設計・戦略立案
クライアントの経営目標に基づき、デジタルマーケティングや事業開発を中心としたプロジェクトの設計や戦略の(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須条件】
・2年以上の事業開発もしくはコンサルティングの経験
・事業戦略立案、事業企画・商品/サービス開発・立上げ、マーケティングの業務経験
【歓迎条件】
・大手広告代理店やコンサルティングファームの出身者
・事業会社、スタートアップにおける事業責任者の経験
・スタートアップに入り、事業責任者のロールで組織立ち上げ・拡大を担える方
