【職務概要】
・同社にて、出張型軽板金サービスの新規事業立ち上げを担当いただき、フランチャイズ加盟店の成功モデル作りから送客スキーム構築まで幅広く手掛けます。
役員直下で事業戦略から実行まで携わり、急成長企業で裁量を持って働けます。
【具体的には】
・新サービスの出張型軽板金事業において、加盟店の成功モデル店舗作り、企業との送客スキーム構築、加盟店のモチベート管理、講習企画設計などを担当いただきます。
・役員と密に連携しながら事業戦略の立案から実行まで幅広く携わります。部長として、部の目標達成に向けた戦略設計やメンバーマネジメントもお任せします。

・同社サービスはお客様が工場へ修理へ行く必要がなく、「手間・時間・費用」を削減できることが強みです。市場ニーズが大きいため今後もさらなる成長を見越しています。
