As a Reporter, you will focus on covering intellectual property (IP) issues in Japan, analyzing their impact on international companies both locally and globally. Your main areas of coverage will include patents, copyrights, trademarks, and relevant Japanese laws.
- Provide exclusive analysis on IP litigation in Japanese courts involving foreign companies, major policy disputes, and regulations related to Intellectual Property
- Report on legislative and regulatory actions, trends, and enforcement related to IP
- Cover various aspects of Japan's IP landscape, from judicial to governmental levels
- Follow and report on significant corporate developments concerning IP matters
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on IP-related subjects
- Demonstrate strong writing and reporting skills

- Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages
