We are responsible for compliance within Rakuten Group (including the GRC area, as well as the legal and intellectual property, etc.).
Department Overview
We are in charge of compliance for Rakuten Mobile and other related organizations that have an important position in the Rakuten Group.
In Rakuten Mobile, Inc. and related companies belonging to same internal company, we are working to develop a structure in the GRC area for further growth.
This is a great opportunity to participate in the development of an important business structure in a dynamic environment.

Implement operations to comply with laws and regulations
Plan and conduct compliance training
Any other duties related to compliance etc.
We might be entrusted with the following duties.
Governance area
Manage Important meetings (Board of Directors Meeting, Shareholders Meeting, and Compliance Committee)
Manage Subsidiaries (domestic, overseas)
Establish and manage Company Policies (regulations, manuals etc.)
Maintenance and enhance governance systems including global etc.
Work Environment
There are five groups under the section.
The number of staffs is around 20 as a section.
Mid-careers are hired from manufacturers, consulting firms, IT services, and government agencies, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Over 1 years of work experience in the field of Compliance
Implement operations to comply with laws and regulations
Plan and conduct compliance training (including content making, instructor)
Desired Qualifications:
Governance, Compliance experience in a global company (Preferred: experiance of overseas subsidiaries management, working experience in English)
Working experience in Telecommunications business (carriers and vendors)
Project promotion experience (create frameworks, management, communication with internal and external stakeholders, etc.)
Over 1 years of work experience in the field of Governance
