求人内容
眼科領域における初期製品候補の開発をリードし、社内外の研究者やアソシエイトと協働しながら、テーマ・プロジェクトを推進します。外部機関(例:Singapore Eye Research Institute、University College of London等)との共同研究にも積極的に関与し、グローバルな研究活動を展開します。
主な業務内容
- 複数の社内テーマ・プロジェクトのリードおよび進捗管理
- 研究計画の策定、実行管理
- ターゲットプロダクトプロファイルやマスタープランの作成・推進
- 3~10名規模のチーム(非臨床・CMC等を含む)のリード
- 研究戦略策定・実験計画作成、外部CROや共同研究先との連携
- 研究データの解析、次期計画の提案
- 社内外の科学会議・カンファレンスへの参加
資格
- 薬理学、分子生物学または関連分野の修士・博士または同等の資格
- 製薬業界におけるサイエンティストとして10年程度の実務経験
- 製品開発に関する深い科学的知識と技術(ICHガイドライン等の規制知識含む)
- 社内外の協働による創薬・開発プロセスの推進経験
- チームプレイヤーとして貢献できる能力
- 技術面・ビジネス面双方での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- グローバルなコミュニケーションスキル
