仕事内容

・年末調整

・書類作成(在職証明書など)

・その他電話対応

※法人内施設へ車で行っていただくことがあります。

※社会保険・雇用保険手続きは社労士事務所へ依頼しています。

時給1,500円 ~ 1,500円※退職金制度「合算方式」の給与を記載

【月収例】

(派遣期間中)252,000円(時給1,500円×実働8時間×月21日勤務の場合)通勤手当別途支給

※3~6ヶ月の派遣期間を経て、正社員登用予定の紹介予定派遣の求人です。

【正社員登用後の条件】

・雇用形態:正社員

・月給:203,000円~241,500円(基本給+処遇改善手当)※固定残業代なし

・基本給:191,500円~230,060円

・手当:処遇改善手当:11,500円~11,500円

・賞与:年2回(前年実績4,0ヶ月/年)※初年度は3ヶ月分、2年目3.5ヶ月分、3年目で上限4ヶ月分

・通勤手当:実費上限月50,000円 車通勤:可

・その他手当:扶養手当、住宅手当(賃貸の場合上限15,250円/月、持ち家の場合1,000円)、子供手当(1人扶養者11,000円、2人扶養者16,500円)

・有給休暇:初年度11日、2年目14日、7年目で最大23日付与

・その他制度:退職金制度あり(勤続3年以上)、財形、定年60歳再雇用65歳

・福利厚生:育児休業取得実績あり、介護休業取得実績あり、食事補助制度

・転勤の可能性:基本なし、グループ内の他法人に異動の可能性あり
