We provide full training and support for beginners, so don't worry if this is your first time in care work

???? Job Responsibilities

・Helping residents with daily life activities (meals, cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc.)

・Support for bathing, dressing, and using the toilet

・Assisting with taking medication and going to the hospital

・Planning and helping with leisure activities

・Simple meal preparation (no special cooking skills needed)

・Keeping records (some tablet use)

Shift-based work schedule

・08:30–17:30 (60-minute break)

・22:00–07:00 (60-minute break)

・16:00–10: minute break)

"No overtime – and we mean it."

In the rare case of an emergency requiring overtime, appropriate overtime pay will be provided.

月給 184,800円 ~ 197,925円

※Salary will be determined based on experience and age, in accordance with company regulations

No fixed overtime system

Trial period: 6 months

• Qualification Allowances

・Certified Care Worker: ¥10,000/month

・Certified Social Worker: ¥20,000/month

・Certified Psychiatric Social Worker: ¥20,000/month

・Night Shift Allowance: ¥3,000 per shift

・Additional Allowance for Service Improvement (Shogu Kaizen Chosei Teate)

Salary increase: Once a year

Bonuses: Twice a year

Year-end and New Year holiday allowance available
