「【大阪】PM・PL~最上流工程中心~」のポジションの求人です
阪急阪神ホールディングスグループのDX推進化事業を背景として、グループ各社からよせられるお声がけに対し、コンサルティング・ソリューション提案からシステム開発、本稼働後の保守まで幅広く事業活動しております。
主に、阪急阪神ホールディングス、エイチ・ツー・オー リテイリング等、グループDX案件のプロジェクトリーダーとしてお客様との折衝、ソリューション提案からシステム開発、保守等において上流をご担当いただきます。
■担当いただく業務内容:顧客提案、要件定義、基本設計、本稼働フォロー
■業務の流れ:
・当社顧客(主にグループ各社)より引き合い→要件ヒアリング→提案→受注→プロジェクトキックオフ→要件定義→基本設計(→詳細設計→製造→単体試験→結合試験→運用試験→)本稼働フォロー
・グループ各社が保有している顧客様データの有効活用化・グループ全体の顧客情報の基盤システムにどう統合していくか?等が最も多いニーズとなります。

社員28名(内数名外駐) 、協力会社数名にて構成されております。平均年齢は35~40歳です。(2025/4/1現在)

【必須要件】
・システム開発経験者(開発言語不問)
【歓迎要件】
・システム開発のプロジェクトリーダーとして顧客折衝や要件定義の経験がある方、プロジェクトリーダーを目指す方も歓迎。
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 750 万円
賞与年2回(7月、12月)※業績次第で期末賞与も別途有
