店舗移動によるリニューアルオープニングスタッフ大募集

ニキビやシミなどのフェイシャル周り・ボディのお悩みを
美しく解決する技術を提供しています

【1日のスケジュール】
11:00:出勤・準備
出勤したら制服に着替え、前日夜にできていない部分の清掃をします。
11:00:研修・施術・ミーティング等
お客様の予約に合わせ、カウンセリング・施術を行います。
予約が入ってない時間帯は研修、ミーティング、店内の清掃やSNSの更新を行います。
休憩もしっかり取ります。
19:00:締め作業
施術が終わった施術室から清掃を行い、レジ締めや翌日の営業準備をします。
20:00:退勤
帰宅になります。
※完全予約制の為、基本的に残業時間はありません。
- シフトは毎月10日までに翌月分を決定します。
- 希望休も取れます

・エステ業界未経験者も大歓迎です当店スタッフは未経験者率の方が高いです

勤務時間・曜日:
- 11:00〜20:00(内休憩1時間)
- 12:00〜21:00(内休憩1時間)
シフト制の完全週休2日
月の平均残業時間は2024年合計実績3時間以下です。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
賞与は会社実績に応じて年2回支給
残業時間はほとんどございませんが、見込み残業代は残業の有無に関わらず支払われます。もし、見込み残業時間を超えた場合はその分は残業代として支給されます。
