・ニコン及び国内外グループ会社のITコスト管理

・ライセンス・サービス利用に関する契約とライセンス管理

・IT人材育成とDXリテラシー向上

~具体的な業務内容~

【業務事例】

ITコスト削減・最適化活動

・コスト現状分析・可視化

・無駄なIT資産の廃止・統合計画策定

・課金方式や契約内容の見直し

DX推進活動

・全社DXロードマップ作成

・全社DXリテラシー向上施策企画立案等

【本ポジションで得られるスキル・経験】

ニコンは関連会社含めGlobalでの売り上げ比率も高く、ニコン及び関連会社含めたIT企画管理の中心部署であることから、コスト・契約・ライセンス・IT人材の統制を担うため、幅広い知識と経験が得られます。また、Globalでのライセンス契約や運用プロセスの(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

以下すべてのご経験をお持ちの方

・プロジェクトマネージャー業務経験(3年以上)

・IT投資管理や経費管理業務経験

・アプリケーション開発もしくはインフラ構築業務経験

【歓迎要件】

・ITコスト削減や契約条件改善のための交渉業務経験

・財務データを活用した戦略的な意思決定支援スキル

・英語を用いた海外ベンダーとの交渉やコミュニケーションスキル

コミュニケーション能力

ソフトウェアメーカーや外部監査機関、社内関係部門など、さまざまな関係者との調整や交渉をスムーズに進められる方。
分かりやすく情報を伝え、合意形成ができる方を求めています。

契約管理や監査対応など、正確性が求められる業務において細部まで注意を払える方。
