【職務内容】

カスタマーエクスペリエンス(CX)ディレクター(オフラインチャネル担当)
■プロダクトへの熱量を高める「感動体験」をデザインし、実行するミッションです。
・イベント戦略とオーナーシップ
全社事業戦略に沿った自社主催オフラインイベントの年間計画策定と、成功に向けたディレクション全体のオーナーシップ。
・企画・実行
来場者ペルソナに沿ったイベント企画立案、集客計画の立案・実行、来場者への適切な体験設計(コンテンツ、設営、当日の演出など)。
・現場運営と連携
イベント当日の運営(受付、進行管理、来場者接客)や予算管理。体験後の営業部門への連携企画と実行ディレクション。
クロスセル・アップセル・マーケター(既存顧客コミュニケーション担当)
■適切なタイミングで、適切なコンテンツを届け切ることで顧客体験の価値を最大化するミッションです。
・マルチチャネル施策の企画実行
既存SMB(スモールビジネス)顧客全体を横断するマーケティン(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

■CXディレクター
イベントマーケティング(特に自社主催オフラインイベント)における企画立案から実行ディレクション、予算管理まで一貫した経験。
■(クロスセル/アップセル・マーケター
BtoBのコンテンツ企画(WP、セミナーなど)およびデリバリー(メルマガ、DMなど)のマーケティング活動の一貫したマネジメント経験
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■インサイドセールス、フィールドセールスを巻き込んだマーケティング施策の企画・推進経験
■イベント企画会社やイベントマーケティングが強く根付いている企業での実務経験。
■複数メンバーのクリエイティブ制作や配信のマネジメント・支援経験。
■既存顧客向けのマーケティングにおける**PJM(プロジェクトマネジメント)**のスキルセット。
■Web広告運用など、DM以外のマルチチャネルでの実務経験。
