テックリードとして、ビジネスサイドと連携しプロダクトの成長を牽引していただきます。
【職務詳細】
・事業側と連携し、要件のすり合わせ~システム要件と課題の検討~仕様策定
・施策ごとのアーキテクチャ設計・DB設計
・新機能開発・改修・リファクタリング
・API 設計/外部サービス連携の設計
・AWS を用いたインフラ設計
・テストコード実装と品質管理
・チームメンバーへのコードレビュー
【過去の開発例】
・CVR向上に直結する機能開発(ソーシャルギフト機能など)
・検索機能の追加や出品効率化、ページ速度改善などSEO対策と自社ECサイトの改修
・OMS(受注管理システム)/WMS(倉庫管理システム)との連携・独自物流網の構築
・Astro/SSTを用いたモダンなフロントエンド構成の導入 など

・バックエンド開発経験(5年以上)
・フロントエンド開発経験(1年以上)
・要件定義設計~開発~運用開発までの一貫した経験
・アーキテクチャ設計・DB設計
・チームメンバーへのコードレビュー経験
・本番環境へのデプロイ作業とリリースor 納品判断の経験
【歓迎】
・Rubyの開発経験
※開発言語はRubyですがPHPなど動的言語のご経験があればキャッチアップ
しやすい可能性があります
・EC、サブスク、D2Cいずれかのサービス運用経験
・AWS環境の構築・運用管理経験
・テストコード実装による品質担保の習慣
【給与】
年収:700万~850万程度
年俸制:月額584000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年俸制のためなし
昇給:年2回

東京都渋谷区道玄坂 コエル渋谷道玄坂6階
JR各線「渋谷」駅 徒歩6分
勤務地変更の範囲:週3日リモート、週2日出社 ※リモート日は固定
【勤務時間】
フレックスタイム制(所定労働時間8時間/コアタイム 12:00~17:00)
