業務内容

・資材調達部門にて、下記の業務をご担当いただきます。

・資材調達統括部内、工事・委託契約部 工事・委託契約第一ユニット、工事・委託契約第二ユニットのいずれかに配属予定です。

※勤務地は日比谷と名古屋のいずれかになります。

工事・委託契約業務

・契約締結、適正検収・事故対応などの履行管理

・契約条件の調整・適正価格の査定・価格交渉 、支払、会計整理・処理

・技術協業による、件名/カテゴリー別中長期調達企画(戦略・方針等)の策定補佐

・調達企画に基づくプロジェクトマネジメント補佐 、技術主管部・取引先協調、マーケット情報の収集

・計画に基づく市場調査・原価分析の実行

部門の役割

・開発/計画/設計段階から主管部門と協働し,ローコストで安定的かつ環境/人権/適正取引等に配慮した調達の実現が大きなミッションです。

・調達戦略全般の契約手続きを含むマネジメントを行います。

求める経験・スキル

・プラント設備/大規模工事/海上輸送に関わる業界(重電メーカー/プラント工事会社/ゼネコン等)での、資材調達/設計業務/営業業務等における経験

※記載業界以外でも類似の経験があれば可

希望に応じて、東日本支社・西日本支社いずれかに配属。 ■東日本支社 霞ケ関駅(東京メトロ千代田線・日比谷線・丸ノ内線)直結 内幸町駅(都営三田線)直結 虎ノ門駅(東京メトロ銀座線)より徒歩5分 ■西日本支社 「名古屋駅」各線より徒歩1分 ※社規程等により在宅等での勤務が可能。 ※ただし、業務の必要により本社、支社、発電所拠点、海外拠点などに配転・転勤・出向等を行うことがある。

勤務時間 1. フレックスタイム制 勤務時間は7時00分から22時00分の間で自主的に決定し、コアタイムは設けないものとする。 ただし、1日最低4時間以上勤務しなければならない。 2. 休憩時間 1時間 3. 所定時間外労働 有

休日 土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日に関する法律で定める休日、年末年始(12/29~1/3)

住宅補助 ■独身寮、単身寮 利用料:月1~2万円程度 ■独身寮、単身寮 利用料:月1~2万円程度 ■借り上げ社宅 独身者:基準家賃 月7~12万円 世帯者:基準家賃 月11~23万円 *基準家賃は居住地によって異なる *社宅利用限度年齢 独身者:35歳、世帯者:45歳 *使用料(自己負担金額)は家賃(共益費・管理費含む)の20% 例)世帯者が月20万円の物件に住む場合 会社負担80%(月16万円)、自己負担20%(月4万円) *基準家賃の50%まで超過可。超過分の家賃は本人負担。 ■住宅手当 独身者:月3.5~4万円 世帯者:月4.5~7万円 *住宅手当金額は居住地により異なる ■住宅手当(持ち家) 月1万円 ※各種適用条件あり ※当社規程に基づき住宅状況・家族状況について必要書類を提出頂いたうえで労務主管部門での審査を実施し、寮・借り上げ社宅の適用可否又は住宅手当支給可否を決定
