In your new role you will: 年間売上15億ユーロ規模のダイナミックなビジネスにおいて、収益認識に関わる会計報告業務に加え、売上及び製品利益データをもとに財務的な示唆を導き出し、マネジメントや営業チームへの助言を通じて、収益性の改善を推進するチームの一員としてご活躍いただきます

月次・四半期・年次ベースでの売上及び売上原価の分析(前期比、トレンド分析)
平均単価・販売数量を基にした収益性分析
顧客別・製品別など多角的切り口でび売上・収益性の可視化
売上総利益(Gross Profit)のドライバー分析(価格要因/数量要因/ミックス要因
マネジメント・営業部門等への定例報告およびアドホックレポートの作成、営業部門とのディスカッション
意思決定を支えるデータドリブンなインサイト提供のサポート(改善機会の抽出・提案)
グローバルチームとのレポート連携およびベストプラクティスの共有
収益認識基準(IFRS15)に基づくクロージング・会計報告、国内税務チーム・海外シェアドサービスチームとの連携、残高確認書を含む監査法人対応
その他、プロジェクトベースのファイナンス部門内外の改善活動等

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
3-5年以上 収益認識に関する会計業務の実務経験、監査対応経験(IFRS 15、ASC 606)
3-5年以上 売上・原価に関する分析、営業チーム・ビジネス部門へのサポート経験
データ分析結果の可視化・レポーティング経験(BIツール・PowerPoint等形式問わず
ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC700点以上。英文メールやファシリテーションなど実務での使用経験あり)
ビジネスレベルの日本語
ExcelやPower PointなどのOffice製品群の業務利用経験(ピボットテーブルや複雑な関数を使ったデータ集計・分析が得意な方)
ERPシステム(SAP, Oracleなど)の実務経験
日商簿記2級またはUSCPAレベル
学部卒以上
