【Strategy&M&Aポジション】

M&A総合研究所の知見とノウハウを活かし、M&A戦略、ディール組成、PMI、コーポレートガバナンス、中計策定等のコンサルティングを強化するため専門チームを設立しました。Pre/On/PostフェーズをM&A総合研究所と連携して支援します。成功報酬モデルを取り入れ、クライアントとコンサルタント双方に価値を提供します。4つの領域でクライアントを支援します。

【1.Pure Strategy】

中長期経営計画策定、M&A戦略立案・実行、新規事業開発戦略策定等を支援します。市場・競合分析による戦略的示唆提供、事業ポートフォリオ最適化支援も行います。

【2.Valuation&Modeling】

企業価値評価モデル構築・分析、財務デューデリジェンス実施、財務予測モデル作成・分析、M&Aにおけるバリュエーション支援等を行います。

【3.Transaction&Execution】

M&A取引全体のプロセス管理、デューデリジェンス統括・実行、企業再生計画策定・実行支援、クロージング後の統合計画立案等を行います。

【4.Corporate Governance & Transformation】

コーポレートガバナンス体制構築・改善支援、全社的業務改革(BPR)立案・実行支援、PMI戦略策定・実行支援、知的財産戦略立案・実行支援等を行います。
