Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in technology business or business development at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
Experience in developing Cloud or Information Technology (IT) solutions.

Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications:
Experience promoting infrastructure software, databases and tools, or applications software in the telecom industry.
Experience in working on business and legal agreements with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
Experience in managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.

In this role, you will inspire customers to transform and evolve their business through the use of Google's global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure.

You will guide our account team, with the focus to develop relationships across the company and continue the adoption of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with enterprise customers, influence direction, and serve as a business partner.
Manage entire cycles, presenting to executives in corporate and global customers.

Guide account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, work with customer engineers, and Google partners, creating new opportunities.

Understand each customer's technology portfolio, growth plans, business motivators, technology strategy, and engaged landscape.
Motivate business development, forecast, and achieve goals by guiding customers through the entire business cycle.
