仕事内容


【お任せする業務内容】

入社後はスキル・経験に応じて、以下の業務を段階的にお任せします。

  • 未経験・経験浅めの方

・データ入力、書類作成

・電話・メール対応(マニュアルあり)

・請求書の発行、ファイリング

・先輩社員の業務サポート

※ まずは「決まった作業」からスタートします。

  • 事務・アシスタント経験がある方

・見積書・請求書などの作成管理

・社内外との調整、問い合わせ対応

・業務フローの整理、改善サポート

・新人、未経験メンバーのサポート

※ これまでの経験を活かし、裁量ある業務を早期にお任せします。

※ 事務だけで終わりたくない方に向いています。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 23万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

給与(経験者):月給23万円~30万円+各種手当

(未経験者):月給21.5万円~+各種手当

※試用期間3カ月あり。その間、待遇に変更はございません。

※残業代は全額支給いたします。
